West-Aircomm Raised $8,000 for Make A Wish

West-Aircomm raises $8,000 for Make-A-Wish® at spaghetti dinner.
Beaver, PA, April 6, 2017 – West-Aircomm Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that $8,000 was raised to benefit Make-A-Wish® Greater Western Pennsylvania and West-Virginia. The money was raised at a spaghetti dinner hosted by West-Aircomm staff on April 2, 2017 at the Vanport Township Fire Hall.
In January, West-Aircomm named Make-A-Wish® Greater Western Pennsylvania and West-Virginia their spotlight charity for 2017. The committee of staff volunteers decided that a spaghetti dinner would be the signature fundraiser. The date was set for April 2nd, knowing that it would take a group effort to make this project work.
The staff volunteered their personal time to plan the dinner and collect a number of donations from the community as well as individuals. A total of 70 baskets were raffled at the dinner to help in the total funds raised. West-Aircomm is grateful for the outpouring of community support that helped to raise funds.

West-Aircomm will continue fundraising efforts throughout 2017 for Make-A-Wish® Greater Western Pennsylvania and West-Virginia.
