Fergus FCU Supports Local Boys & Girls Club

This past week, a few young representatives from the Boys and Girls Club of Lewistown trekked down to Fergus FCU to thank CEO Bob Bjelland and staff for their support for the organization's "25 Days of Christmas Raffle." Fergus FCU is one of the two "title sponsors" for this popular annual event that injects a little cheer into the holiday season while raising awareness and thousands of dollars to support the kids and families in the community who need the Boys and Girls Club. Area residents have the opportunity to buy one of only 500 raffle tickets and, then, the club gives a prize (worth $200 or more) every day from December 1-25. The raffle prizes on the last four days are cash, with the final winner taking home $1,000 on Christmas. While many local businesses donate items for the daily drawing, Abby Hotz of the Boys and Girls Club says the two title sponsors -- Fergus FCU and Besel Construction -- make the successful event possible.
