Army Aviation Center FCU Donates $11,600 to Local Non-Profits

Daleville, Ala. (January 17, 2017) — In January, Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union (AACFCU) employees donated $11,600 to 21 nonprofit organizations in AACFCU's service areas of Southeast Alabama, Florida's Emerald Coast and the Mobile Bay area. The donations come from an account funded completely by employee contributions in 2016. On designated work days, AACFCU employees donate to this account in exchange for wearing jeans to work.

These organizations include:

  • Eagle’s Landing, Mobile, Ala.
  • Exchange Center for Child Abuse, Dothan, Ala.
  • Food for Thought, Walton County, Fla.
  • Habitat for Humanity Coffee County, Elba, Ala.
  • Habitat for Humanity, Walton County, Fla.
  • Home of Grace, Mobile, Ala.
  • House of Ruth, Dothan, Ala.
  • Mary Hill Family Services Center, Ozark, Ala.
  • Penelope House, Mobile, Ala.
  • Pike County Child Advocacy Center, Troy, Ala.
  • Ronald McDonald House, Mobile, Ala.
  • Sav A Life, Ozark, Ala.
  • SOS Animal Shelter, Enterprise, Ala.
