Northwest Federal Credit Union Foundation to Award $100,000 in Scholarships

Herndon, Va. (December 28, 2016) –Northwest Federal Credit Union Foundation (NWFCU Foundation) is accepting applications for their 2017 Scholarship program. NWFCU Foundation is positioned to award $100,000 to deserving students who demonstrate leadership, dedication and commitment in school, at home and in the community. Scholarships are divided into three categories, one of which does not require applicants to be members. Applications close on March 31, 2017.
Since its inception in 2005, NWFCU Foundation has awarded $957,000 to a total of 232 award recipients, with additional financial contributions from The Central Intelligence Retirees Association (CIRA) and NW Capital Management.
