Fargo VA FCU Makes a Warm Donation to Project Ignite Light

Fargo, ND - The Fargo VA Credit Union wanted to help this Holiday Season, so they selected Project Ignite Light as their charity of choice to help bring in donations for their Pajamas with a Purpose Project.
Project Ignite Light is an organization through which children are provided important items needed in a “Bag of Hope” when they are examined by their Local Advocacy Center or Hospital for Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse or Neglect. Often these children are left feeling insecure and unsure of themselves and the people around them. Through Project Ignite Light, they are given a small piece of security through a Pair of Pajamas and a Fleece Tie Blanket.
The credit union challenged each VA Department to make a fleece tie blanket to donate. In the end, the credit union was able to donate 107 fleece-tie blankets and 137 pairs of new pajamas!
