Simplot Employees credit union in Caldwell idaho,CEO, Val Brooks, was on the steering committee with credit unions and banks at the united way of treasure valley to bring financial education to people who have never had a checking account or had their account closed. If consumers complete three classes regarding credit they can get a second - or first chance - checking account.
