Community service rewarded

Our board voted to increase any earned bonus by 20 percent for staff who choose to volunteer at least 8 hours community service in a year. It is completely voluntary and only if we are profitBle and a bonus would be received anyway. No decrease in bonus if community service not done. Simply a 20 percent increase in bonus if 8 hours done in a year. Staff said no need for increase and they enjoy working in the community. Staff reworks for cu for kids, Ronald McDonald house, painting houses, food bank, financial education and more!
