Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union Provides Fee-Free ATMs at Children��s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota

Patients, family members, employees and visitors at Children��s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota can withdraw cash for free at each of the Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union� ATMs located on the Minneapolis, St. Paul, Roseville and Minnetonka campuses. Recognizing that many other financial institutions are increasing fees charged at ATMs, the credit union is demonstrating its commitment to improving the lives of people in the communities it serves, as well as strengthening the relationship it has with Children��s.
��We are always looking for ways to make a positive difference in people��s lives. The families, visitors, patients and even employees at Children��s are going through a lot �� emotionally, physically and financially �� and any way we can help brighten their days, or take some stress off their shoulders, we��ll do it,�� stated Dave Larson, President and CEO of Affinity Plus. ��Eliminating ATM fees is just one step in the right direction.��
In April 2013, Affinity Plus announced its support of Children��s through its sponsorship of three private patient rooms located on both the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses of the Mother Baby Center. The credit union also added Children��s as one of its organizational Charities of Choice and accepts donations of cash and Participation Rewards points donations.
