Dakota Credit Unions Support Miracle Network Hospitals

Thirty (30!) credit unions in the Dakotas participated in Miracle Jeans Day this year, and the good news stories continue to come in!
The Fargo VA Federal Credit Union (Fargo, ND) held a Childrens Miracle Jeans Day Fundraiser selling "Muffins for Miracles".� They sold over 200 Muffins and raised $430!
Hometown Credit Union (Kulm, ND) reported they had 100% staff participation for Miracle Jeans Day and raised $250.00!
Postal Family Federal Credit Union (Fargo, ND) was very excited to report that they took in $352.00 to benefit the Children's Miracle Network with their sales of candy bars to their generous members.� "We exceeded our goal by a lot and this made us so happy!" said Anna Olson, MSR.
Ft. Randall FCU (Pickstown, SD) reported that with the help of their great members and staff, the credit union raised $264 for Childrens Miracle Network.� "We sure enjoyed doing it too!" said Whitney Timmerman, Loan Officer for the Platte, SD location.
GEM Federal Credit Union (Minot, ND) raised $221 for the childrens hospital, and held their fundraiser from September 1st 14th.�� Nicole Kaylor, MSR said, "The jeans hanging around the office made a great conversation starter with our members and a way for our employees to easily ask for a donation - They were also a fun way to display our Jeans Patch Icons with our members names".
Then, Aberdeen FCU (Aberdeen, SD) reported that they were able to raise $160 on Miracle Jeans Day!
And last but not least, Prairie Federal Credit Union (Minot, ND) said that for their MJD fundraiser, employees donated money to have the opportunity to wear jeans on four different days throughout September.� "We raised over $250.00 including some member donations," said Beth Nelson, Marketing Director.
