western-salvation-army-photoWilliston, ND - Western Cooperative Credit Union matched the Salvation Army Thrift Store of Williston, North Dakota $2,906.78 during a campaign called "Western Cooperative Credit Union Wednesdays." On various Wednesdays of June, July, and August during the Summer of 2016, Western Cooperative Credit Union matched the stores sales up to $1,000.00. The goal was to help bring customers to the store to raise profits above $1,000.00. WCCU and the Salvation Army gave out free ice cream, sno-cones, and root beer floats to celebrate the occasions. The funds raised through these efforts will help individuals and families throughout Williams County with programs and services that the Salvation Army in Williston can provide. Western Cooperative Credit Union is proud to support the Salvation Army in Williston and its programs and services to our community.
