The event will feature Amy Spindler, Aligns senior home financing consultant, and David Briley, a local licensed realtor, who are experts in the condominium buying process.� At the workshop, attendees will learn how to find the perfect condo, make the right offer, apply for a loan and close on their dream home. Topics will include:
  • The difference between condos and townhomes
  • Understanding variable fees, rules and regulations
  • The importance of getting pre-approved
  • What to know before making an offer
  • The home financing process
  • The truth about closing costs
