Living in a free country does not come free. As we all know, the men and women who serve our country, put their lives on the line day in and day out. To pay tribute, Dover Federal Credit Union hosted Military Appreciation Day at its Dover, DE, Air Force branch on Aug. 27.
With assistance from Mission BBQ, more than 500 sandwiches and 30 pizzas were served to the airmen on their lunch hour. Dover Federal also offered games, the Shasta Shutterbug photo booth, and giveaways for airmen to enjoy, as a token of appreciation for the daily sacrifice these individuals make for our country.
