Pacific Service Credit Union Sponsoring Musical Tribute to Prince

CaptureConcord, CA August 30, 2016-Pacific Service Credit Union (Pacific Service CU), a full-service financial institution serving several counties throughout California, and a major sponsor of the 28th�annual Concord Music and Market Series, will be assisting in a special tribute to the late great musical artist Prince, on Thursday, September 15, 2016. The Music & Market Series is an eclectic, award-winning series that attracts thousands of people of all ages. In addition to providing live entertainment and an authentic Farmers Market in the uniquely beautiful downtown Todos Santos Plaza, the series provides support for building community and commerce in downtown Concord. Performing live on stage in a memoriam to Prince will be The Purple Ones, from Oakland, CA. Known for capturing the essence of Prince in an exciting, dynamic� fashion, The Purple Ones is a 10-member band that consistently delivers the multi-dimensional energy, rhythm, and creativity of one musics most admired and beloved artists. In honor of Prince, Pacific Service CU will be raffling off a Little Red Corvette. The battery-powered car has a value of nearly $400.00. Pacific Service Credit Union is a major sponsor of the Music and Market Series and is donating $10,000 toward the event in an effort to provide funding and support for the annual series, which attracts upwards of 5,000 people at its weekly events.� Throughout the year, Pacific Service Credit Union donates approximately $125,000 annually to various 501(c)(3) organizations.
