Kellogg Community Credit Union Awards Five Scholarships

1BATTLE CREEK, MI (August 17, 2016) Kellogg Community Credit Union (KCCU) is pleased to announce the 2016 KCCU College Scholarship recipients. The KCCU College Scholarship provides $1,000 towards tuition fees to students attending an accredited Michigan college or university. Criteria for selecting the recipients include KCCU membership, academic performance, financial need, community involvement, and educational goals. After reviewing all the scholarship entries, KCCU has selected five deserving recipients. KCCU is proud to be able to offer these scholarships. As a credit union, we are founded on the philosophy of "people helping people," and by offering scholarships to assist young members with the increasing cost of higher education, KCCU is reinforcing its commitment to the financial success of its members. 2016 marks KCCU"s twenty-eighth year of providing scholarships to local students.
