Vermont Federal Credit Union Supports Future Entrepreneurs

Burlington, VT Vermont Federal Credit Union Participates in Middlebury Union Middle Schools "Shark Tank Start Up" summer camp. �Over the course of three weeks, 17 students from Middlebury Union Middle School divided into teams and built their own companies; developing products, evaluating their business and conducting market analyses. Vermont Federal Credit Union staff member, James McGlynn, joined the camp to mentor these students through their entrepreneurial journey. James McGlynn, Middlebury Branch Loan Officer stated, "It was great to see future entrepreneurs work together, share ideas and take advice." He continued, "It was a great experience on both sides."
In addition to providing staff support, Vermont Federal was happy to make a donation in the amount of $750 to help assist the camps efforts.
