North Dakota Credit Unions Promote Financial Literacy at State Fair

co-op day nd state fairCredit unions were a big presence at the North Dakota State Fair this week.� Town & Country Credit Union of Minot, ND hosted a "Diaper Derby" and promoted financial literacy, and made the local television news.� You can see the great report here: http://www.kfyrtv.com/content/news/Diaper-Derby-and-Toddler-Trot-brings-joy-and-overload-of-cuteness-to-the-Fair-388317872.html CUAD was also at the fair this week for Co-op Day.� Shown in the photo below are CUAD"s Katie Dressler and Deb Kruckenberg, along with volunteers from Town and Country Credit Union, GEM FCU, Prairie Federal CU, and North Star Community CU. Then, North Star Community CU participated in the state fair parade.� The new CEO of North Star, Bob Herrington and his family along with a few other North Star staff handed out over 1500 pair of super cool shades!
