Great Lakes Credit Union Supports Young Runner

GLCU_RandomActofKindness_CCH2Bannockburn (IL) Terri Spriggs, GLCU"s Country Club Hills Branch Manager, and her team recently donated $100 to help fund a young member"s trip to Australia to represent the State of Illinois in an international track and field event! Rodney Anderson was appreciative of GLCU"s backing, "Thank you GLCU for all your support!� We brought home the silver medal for 4X100 relays. I placed 6th for hurdles and the USA team placed 1-6th in hurdles shutting out everyone! It was an indescribable experience. Thank you again," said Anderson. When asked about this Random Act of Kindness, Spriggs commented, "We are so happy to have had the opportunity to help this young man! He certainly deserves it and we are even happier to hear that the event was a success! Knowing we played a part in this means the world to us and is exactly what these Random Acts of Kindness are all about."
