Fitchburg, MA June 17, 2016 At their recent annual meeting, IC Federal Credit Union awarded five $1,000 scholarships to applicants from around the surrounding community. IC introduced this special scholarship program seven years ago for college-bound seniors who are Members or whose parents/guardians are Members of IC. "We are proud to recognize the future leaders of our community," said Tony Emerson, CEO. "Their essay"s about establishing or supporting a community program, were simply outstanding," continued Emerson, "and we have encouraged them to pursue their ideas and be a part of what makes our community great."
