Alaska USA Foundation gives $5,000 to Alaska Legal Services Corporation
Anchorage, Alaska �Alaska USA Foundation has donated $5,000 to Alaska Legal Services Corporation (ALSC). The money will help ALSC continue their mission to provide high-quality civil legal services to low-income veterans and families, and disadvantaged people and communities.
"In the past year Alaska Legal Services impacted 532 Alaskans and their families through direct legal aid for veterans," said�Nikole Nelson, Executive Director, ALSC. "Alaska USA Foundation"s donation will help us continue to aid veterans with�legal issues that affect their�families, homes, jobs, and access to vital services such as health care and utilities."
Legal guidance from ALSC is provided by staff attorneys and pro bono volunteer lawyers who donate their time and expertise.

The Alaska USA Foundation was established in 2003 to support 501(c)(3) charitable organizations that provide needs-based services to children, veterans, and active duty members of the military and their families.
