Fergus Federal Credit Union Helps Storm Victims
June 20, 2016
Powerful winds ripped through Roy, MT at up to 90-100 mph last week. The storm wreaked havoc on the community with trees falling on houses causing power outages. Jayme Durbin from Fergus FCU went to Roy after the storm hit. He noticed the bar in town was open with electricity. In true people helping people spirit, Jayme told folks the CU would pick up the tab for anyone that needed to eat and find shelter. The offer was also extended to the hardworking crews from the electric coop that had been out fixing power poles and working through the night.
