Credit Union Chapter Offering Grants to Local Non-Profits

Livonia, MI (June 8, 2016) Michigans Metro West Chapter of Credit Unions is seeking applications from non-profit organizations in need of financial grants of up to $2,500 to support local community improvement activities. The money must be used to benefit the communities of Wayne or Washtenaw counties. This year the Chapter will award a total of at least $15,000. Non-profit organizations that wish to apply must complete an online application at http://metrowest.mcul.org/2016-charity-grant-application by July 8, 2016. Grant recipients will be notified by July 31, 2016, and top recipients will be recognized at the Metro West Chapter Charity Golf Outing on August 18, 2016. The mission of the Metro West Chapter of Credit Unions is to support educational needs, community improvement and political advocacy for credit unions in the Metro West Chapter.
