Capital Credit Union of Bismarck, ND�would like to invite high school senior students or current college students to apply for an opportunity to receive one of six Howard J. Snortland $1,000 scholarships created to assist them in achieving their higher education goals.
The scholarship must be used at any North Dakota or Minnesota college, university, or technical school during the 2013/2014 school year. �All applicants must be members of Capital Credit Union. �The completed application should be returned no later than March 20, 2013. Winners will be announced on April 5, 2013 at our membership event.
