CaptureOGDEN, UT (April 27, 2016) With a strong commitment to recognizing youth in the community,�America First Credit Union�held its High School Scholarship Prep Showdown to honor students for academic and student athlete achievements. The second annual event, held Tuesday, April 12, recognized 22 students and each was presented with a $500 check and honorary plaque. Winners of the scholarship were selected from various high schools throughout the state of Utah. In order for students to qualify for the Prep Showdown Scholarship, they must excel in high honor roll in academics, be involved in a sport and participate in an extracurricular activity.
