Madison, WI April 25, 2016 UW Credit Union has received the recognition of being named one of Milwaukee Journal Sentinels Top Workplaces. It is the first time the organization has won the award.

Employees participated in a confidential survey that asked about their level of engagement and the organizations health. The survey was conducted by Workplace Dynamics, a research and consulting firm that specializes in workplace improvement and employee engagement analysis.

"Consumer Reports readers recently ranked us first in customer satisfaction among Wisconsin financial institutions, and this Top Workplaces award shows the credit goes to our employees."
