UW Credit Union is Top Workplace

It is the first time the organization has won the award. "Its an honor to be named one of Milwaukees top employers," said Lee Wiersma, Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Employees participated in a confidential survey that asked about their level of engagement and the organizations health. The survey was conducted by Workplace Dynamics, a research and consulting firm that specializes in workplace improvement and employee engagement analysis. "Our ability to sustain high levels of member satisfaction has everything to do with the commitment of our highly satisfied workforce," said Paul Kundert, President & CEO. "Consumer Reports readers recently ranked us first in customer satisfaction among Wisconsin financial institutions, and this Top Workplaces award shows the credit goes to our employees."
