(Indianapolis, IN)� Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU), Central Indianas largest credit union, was recently awarded $10,000 from CU Solutions Group through its 1
st Annual Share the Love Campaign.� The campaign invited credit unions nationwide to create a video that showcases the good work they do in their community for a chance to win thousands of dollars for the charities of their choosing.� More than 130 credit unions from 35 states submitted videos, and IMCU was one of three credit unions in the month of December who received the most public votes to win a $10,000 donation.� IMCU has named Indiana Members Foundation as the recipient.
IMCU has designated Indiana Members Foundation as the recipient of the funds to help provide school supplies and uniforms to underserved children. Mandy Emery, vice president of community involvement for IMCU and executive director of Indiana Members Foundation stated, "The Share the Love Campaign was an excellent way to share all of the hard work, dedication and love that Indiana Members Credit Union gives back to the communities that we serve.� It was great to be able to share our message as well as see the amazing things that our peers do across the country which strengthen the credit union message of People Helping People.� Winning the $10,000 for Indiana Members Foundation will allow us to do even more for the children in the communities we serve.� We cant thank CU Solutions Group enough for such a great campaign and generous donation."
