Bismarck, N.D. - Scott Bullinger of Capital Credit Union recently received the North Dakota Housing Finance Agencys champion of affordable housing award.
Each year, the NDHFA issues the award to financial institutions and other real estate-related entities that have made exceptional contributions to affordable housing in North Dakota. Capital Credit Union and Bullinger were recognized for participation in NDHFAs home ownership program that offers homebuyer education, down payment and closing cost assistance and other programs to help individuals and families achieve home ownership.
Bullinger, originally from Mandan, N.D., has been with Capital Credit Union since 2006.
