San Diego County Credit Union Members Donate $28,000 Meals

SAN DIEGO, CA � Customers of San Diego County Credit Union (SDCCU�), San Diegos largest locally-owned financial institution, have donated nearly 28,000 meals to San Diegans in need through SDCCU Dining Deals�.
Through a partnership with MOGL, SDCCU customers who are enrolled in SDCCU Dining Deals receive up to 25 percent cash back on their dining purchases at participating restaurants. When customers are offered cash back, they are given the option to donate the entire return, or even just a portion of it, to MOGLs charitable partner, Feeding America San Diegothe largest hunger-relief organization in the county. Since the partnership with MOGL began two years ago, the amount of money donated by SDCCU customers has translated into a total of 27,979 meals for the organization.
"We truly appreciate the generosity of our customers. They have made a tremendous impact on those in need in our community through SDCCU Dining Deals," said SDCCU President and CEO Teresa Halleck.
