Peach State FCU Supports Boy Scouts of America

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA � Peach State FCU is supporting the Boy Scouts of Americas Northeast Georgia Council through a contribution to the 2016 Gwinnett American Values Dinner.

The event was created to honor outstanding members of the community and generate support for the 15,000 Scouts in Gwinnett County. The dinner will honor Judge Emily Brantley-Circelli, Tommy Hughes and David McCleskey.
"As a not-for-profit organization, we strive to reach out and support people of all ages throughout our footprint," said Peach State President / CEO, Marshall Boutwell. "We recognize the importance of supporting organizations that foster positive growth in the young people in our community, and the Scouts exist for this purpose."
"The Northeast Georgia Council of the Boy Scouts of America, provides programs for our community youth. Support from organizations like Peach State help us to provide camps, Jamborees and facilitate activities that develop ethical decision-making and leadership skills for our youth," remarked Rodney Brundidge with the Northeast Georgia Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
