The Maurie C. Byrne Chapter Holiday Party was held on Tuesday, December 8, at Santas Village/Lincoln Clubhouse in Grand Forks, ND.� As part of the celebration, each chapter credit union member was asked to donate $50 and each attendee was asked to donate $5 to be donated to the Grand Forks County Foster Care program for Christmas.� The chapter matched the donations from staff and volunteers, and $1,120 was raised that will be used to buy Christmas Gift Cards for kids in the program. �The chapter also recognized Marney Kresel, retiring President/CEO of University FCU, for her many years of dedicated service to her Credit Union, the Maurie C. Byrne Chapter, and to the grand forks community.� Kresel will retire on January 8
th after 25 years of service at the credit union.
