capital donation to Bismarck Parks & RecBismarck, N.D. � Capital Credit Union recently donated $5,000 to the Bismarck Parks and Recreation Districts $8 million Schaumberg Ice Arena expansion campaign. Bismarck Parks and Recreation District is proposing a new addition to the Schaumberg Ice Arena in Wachter Park in Bismarck. The addition would feature a new sheet of ice, eight new locker rooms, an additional viewing area, upgrades to the concessions stand and more. Capital Credit Union, originally chartered in North Dakota in 1936, is a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by each of its more than 30,000 members and overseen by a member-elected board of directors. Capital Credit Union returns profits to each member through fewer and lower fees, lower loan interest rates and higher savings interest rates.
