Macon, GA Robins Federal Credit Union recently contributed to the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank. Robins Federal made a $1,000 food donation as well as a $1,000 monetary donation.
Robins Federal delivered 50 hams to the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank. The Middle Georgia Community Food Bank estimates that for every $1 donated, they can provide 8 meals. With this estimate Robins Federals donation will provide 17,000 meals to people in the 24 counties that The Middle Georgia Community Food Bank serves.

Since 1981, Middle Georgia Community Food Bank has solicited, transported, sorted, stored, and distributed millions of pounds of food every year to the needy, hungry, and homeless in Middle Georgia through its participating nonprofit agencies in 24 counties of Middle Georgia.
