Bismarck, ND - The Credit Union Association of the Dakotas Employees have selected the
Ronald McDonald House in Bismarck as their holiday charity this year.� Staff has already been gathering items that are on their "Wish List" and will be dropping the items off mid December.
The Ronald McDonald House opened in Bismarck in 1992.� The organization cares for the families of seriously ill children receiving medical treatment in Bismarck and Mandan. More than a place to stay, the House provides comfort and care for families when they need it most.
While the child receives medical care in one of our area hospitals and clinics, the House offers respite from hospital waiting rooms. Families find shoulders to cry on - other families experiencing the same hopes and fears. They find caring staff and volunteers. They find a safe, welcoming place to call home while they are far away from family and friends.
