The musical lightshow has 24,000 lights "dancing" to a variety Christmas songs. "We use upbeat songs to accentuate the lights", says Dennis. "This year were becoming more kid friendly with songs like Let It Go from Frozen and Deck the Banana by the Minions." The light show also has original decorations never seen before in South Dakota. "We have a new 20 ft. Christmas Tree that lights up like a digital billboard. It has streaming lights and characters that move across the tree. You can actually view a 15ft Minion! We believe its in the only one in South Dakota if not the upper Midwest. Along with our spiral trees, strobes and arches, this is the lightshow to experience! The money raised from the show goes to the Midwest Chapter of the Relay for Life. "This is very personal to us since we have family members and friends that have lost their lives and those that are survivors", says Dennis. The show runs from Thanksgiving to New Years Eve. You can find out more about the show on Madisons Magical Christmas Facebook page.
