Robins Federal Credit Union Donates $4,000 to Ronald McDonald House

CaptureWarner Robins, GA Robins Federal Credit Union recently partnered with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Georgia by making a $4,000 donation to the Ronald McDonald Houses 365 Day Society. A contribution of $1,000 to the 365 Day Society covers the operating cost of the home for one day. In addition to their monetary donation, Robins Federal staff volunteered to help at the house for two work days. Robins Federal volunteers worked in four different shifts over a two day period. Projects included cleaning the kitchen, organizing the pantry, house cleaning, administrative items and sorting donation coins. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Georgia provides support services for families with critically ill or injured children being treated in area medical facilities. In addition to housing, the families are provided meals and an opportunity to connect with other families facing similar difficult situations. Robins Federal Credit Union is a local non-profit financial cooperative with nineteen branches in central Georgia. Robins Federal currently provides financial services to over 164,000 members, with assets exceeding $2.0 billion. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in the 16 counties Robins Federal serves.
