Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union Donates $2,000 for Breast Cancer Awareness

Human Pink ribbon 10.15LOWELL, MA Jeanne DArc Credit Union is pleased to announce that, thanks to the kindness of their employees, $1,000 was raised in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.� Additionally the credit unions We Share A Common Thread Foundation matched the dollars raised, bringing the grand total to $2,000. "We are thrilled by the enthusiasm of our employees in honor of such an important cause" said Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeanne DArc Credit Union.� "We are inspired by our team members who donated generously in support of each other and this annual campaign to bring awareness of this disease." "Awareness and fundraising are key contributors to eradicating cancer." Said a two time breast cancer survivor and longtime Jeanne DArc employee.� "I thank my family, friends and Jeanne DArc for all they do to support me and the fight against cancer. Together we can make a difference!" "Faith, family, friends, and funds for research made my breast cancer journey a success." Said another Jeanne DArc team member and cancer survivor.� "My Jeanne DArc family was, and continues to be, a big part of my successful outcome." Funds raised by this effort will be donated to Lowell General Hospitals TeamWalk for Cancer which supports cancer patients right here in our community while they are undergoing treatment.
