Great Lakes Credit Union Supporting CU4Kids and On Angels' Wings

downloadBannockburn, IL Great Lakes Credit Union (GLCU) is excited to partner with the Antioch Theatre for an afternoon benefit event at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7th during the opening weekend of The Peanuts Movie. All proceeds will be donated to GLCUs charity partners, CU4Kids (a subsidiary of the Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals) and On Angels Wings (a no-kill pet shelter located in Crystal Lake). "We are thrilled to partner with GLCU for this event! Its important to both our organizations to work together and give back to the community whenever possible," says Cindy Kottke, Antioch Theatre Manager. To bring in children of all ages to the benefit, GLCU is promoting a Kirby the Kangaroo coloring contest leading up to the event. The winner will receive a $200 Right Start Share Certificate (account) at GLCU. Each coloring page submitted before Saturday, November 7th to the GLCU Antioch branch, located at 351 E. Route 173, or the Antioch Theatre, located at 378 Lake Street, will count as one entry to win. Coloring pages are available at the GLCU Antioch branch, the Antioch Theatre, or may be printed from www.bitly.com/GLCUCharityBenefit. There is no purchase required to participate in the contest. One entry will be randomly selected at the benefit on November 7th before the movie. GLCU will contact the winner, so entrants need not be present in the theatre to win. Moviegoers are encouraged to purchase tickets ahead of time for the 1:00 p.m. showing of The Peanuts Movie on November 7th as it is expected to sell out.
