Hanscom Federal Credit Union Awards $1,500 Grant

Hanscom AFB, Mass. The Patriot Enlisted Association received a $1,500 grant from Hanscom FCU to help continue their work promoting the professional development, morale, and welfare of junior enlisted US Air Force members and their dependents. Presented in a ceremony on International Credit Union Day, the award honors past and present Hanscom FCU board members by recognizing volunteer groups that serve Hanscom FCUs membership base. "We are pleased to be associated with a group as dedicated at the Patriot Enlisted Association," said Hanscom FCU Chairman of the Board Paul Marotta. "Their work strengthens the bases relationship with the community, and provides opportunities for enlisted personnel to develop their Air Force careers. They are a perfect fit for this years Board Memorial Award." Hanscom Federal Credit Union, headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., serves 61,624 members across the country and overseas through 17 branches, over 100,000 service centers and surcharge-free ATMs, 24-hour telephone service and a web-based branch. The credit union holds $1.1 billion in assets. Hanscom FCU offers members an array of products and services, including free checking and savings accounts, consumer loans and credit cards, investment and insurance services, and mortgages for primary, secondary, and investment properties.   The Patriot Enlisted Association recently accepted the Board Memorial Award, a $1,500 grant from Hanscom Federal Credit Union.
