Foothill Credit Union Awards Break Room Make Over to Local School

CaptureTemple City, CA - Temple City High School staff will return to school on Aug. 24, 2015 to a newly renovated staff lounge. Foothill Credit Union conducted its fourth break room make over contest in May and selected Temple City High School as the winner. With Grady Construction as a new partner for the project, Foothill has been able give the break room a hip new look, complete with new flooring, paint, furniture, kitchen and appliances.� The room serves as the main dining area for teachers and staff during their lunch break. The faculty and staff also use the room for meetings and other staff events. Foothill Credit Union has been a partner with Temple City Unified School district for several years, offering credit union products and service benefits to the district employees. This contest is one unique way that Foothill gives back to the school community. Foothill specializes in serving local school district and hospital employees. The credit union strives to exceed its members expectations.� Several Foothill employees regularly volunteer to participate in community events. With a zest for serving schools within the credit unions field of membership, Foothill has become a recognized organization within the community.
