Associated Credit Union Foundation Delivers over 600 Presents
The Associated Credit Union Foundation of Georgia donated hundreds of presents to the Quinn House, Operation HomeFront Georgia and Norcross Co-op Ministry, fulfilling the gift wishes of over 600 children during its fifth Annual Making Caring Count for Christmas Program.
The childrens gift wishes were displayed on paper ornaments in twenty-five of Associated CUs Metro Atlanta offices. Credit union members and employees purchased the presents and in many cases, bought two or three extra gifts for each child to open on Christmas morning.
"This has been the most successful Christmas program the Quinn House has ever seen. We have been so blessed to be able to help children and families we never imagined being able to reach. Its a blessing to have a partner like the Associated Credit Union Foundation who can help us reach deeper into the community," said Pat Travis, manager of the Quinn House Christmas program.
