Vermont Federal Credit Union Awards $8,000 in Scholarships

CaptureBurlington, VT. Vermont Federal Credit Union is excited to provide four, $2,000 scholarships in 2015. Scholarships were awarded to graduating high school seniors, John OSullivan-Griffith and Josiah Witt, as well as Siena Facciolo and Patrick Kane who are currently enrolled in higher education. John OSullivan-Griffith�graduated in June from Burlington High School. This fall, John will be studying Business at Cornell University. Josiah Witt�is a recent graduate of Bellows Free Academy Fairfax and has been accepted to the University of Vermont where he will study Computer Science in the fall. Siena Facciolo is currently attending McGill University in pursuit of her Bachelor's Degree in Environmental studies. Siena is a graduate of Montpelier High School class of 2013. Patrick Kane�is currently pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs at George Washington University. Patrick graduated from Missisquoi Valley Union High School in 2013. Recipients were selected by a volunteer Scholarship Committee and were chosen based on academic achievement, leadership activities, service to community, as well as responses to an essay question. Vermont Federal Credit Union would like to congratulate all scholarship recipients and wish them the best in their future endeavors.
