St. Anne's Credit Union Hosts Lego Fun Day

Lego Event pic stitchFALL RIVER, MASSACHUSETTS - On Saturday, June 27th, St. Annes Credit Union celebrated their younger members and helped them get summer vacation off to a great start by hosting a Lego Fun Day at their President Avenue branch in Fall River.� Anytime between 10am and 1pm, kids and their parents were welcome to stop by and build anything they could imagine with the hundreds of Lego blocks that St. Annes provided. �Throughout the day children were able to compete in a contest to see who could build the tallest tower in two minutes.� The tallest tower anyone was able to build with the small blocks ended up being 29� inches, while the highest tower made with the big blocks was 4 feet 2 inches! �When not building with Legos, children were able to draw their own Lego character, enter a raffle for a Toys-R-Us gift card, and were awarded their very own "Master Builder" certificates.� The Credit Union also provided lemonade, popcorn and munchkins for the kids, and bagels and coffee for the adults.� St. Annes gave out some great items to attendees, such as Frisbees and sunglasses, and also awarded some outstanding builders with $10 gift cards to Toys-R-Us.
