PROCTOR, Minn. �Buddies Not Bullies in Duluth, a nonprofit aiming to raise awareness and combat bullying, is sending its chief financial officer Scott Murtley on a canoe journey beginning July 1 at the headwaters of the Mississippi River in Itasca State Park and ending in the Gulf of Mexico. The three-month journey seeks to raise money to provide education, support and resources against bullying to citizens and communities.
