FREMONT, Mich. - The United Way of the Lakeshore recently presented their Community Builder Award to Gerber Federal Credit Union.� The award is given annually to organizations that work in their communities by participating in various philanthropic efforts and, by working with the United Way, help change lives for the better.� Gerber Federal Credit Union reported an 85 percent increase in giving for the 2014 campaign.� Shown accepting the award on behalf of Gerber Federal Credit Union were Ellen Davis (pictured left), Assistant Vice President - Human Resources and John Buckley (pictured right), President/CEO.
