Advantage One Federal Credit Union Awards $2,000 in Scholarships

AmyAndTimBROWNSTOWN, MI � Advantage One Federal Credit Union awarded two local area high school seniors with Academic Scholarships. Amy Beasley from Huron High School, in Huron Township, and Timothy Williams from Oscar Carlson High School in Gibraltar were this years recipients. Each student received a $1,000 scholarship and was selected based on their essay with consideration given to their academic accomplishments and participation in both school and community activities. "AOFCU would like to extend our congratulations to the winners of the Academic Scholarship program. Best of luck to all our graduates this year," said Chris Corkery, CEO of Advantage One Federal Credit Union.
