Madison, SD - It is with our strong desire to promote community involvement through volunteerism, community service, and leadership and to increase educational opportunities, that East River Federal Credit Union has established four $500 Educational Scholarship Awards. High school graduating seniors or currently enrolled full-time college, university or vocational students who have maintained membership at the credit union for at least one year are eligible to apply.
The recipients for the 2015/2016 school year are:
Tanner Engbrecht, Dakota State University
Rachel Froehlich, Madison High School
Dexter Nowstrup, Madison High School
Jaydan Riedel, Madison High School
"These four students were selected based on their exemplification of dedication and commitment to their education and community," stated President Mechelle Johnson. "We are confident these students will excel in their post-secondary studies and we wish them continued success!"
