Minot, ND - Five employees of Town & Country Credit Union's Minot office took part in Spin United, a fundraiser for the Souris Valley United Way. This second annual event brought 13 teams to the Minot YMCA for a morning of fun and cardio. Each member of the credit unions team, named Mint Condition, took a turn riding a stationary bicycle for 20 minutes. The team had a goal of achieving a distance of 55 miles. Members of the credit union team included: - Megan Rupe - Karn Lamon - Debbie Phillips - Claudie Selzler - Deanna Lovelace Claudie Selzler, a Financial Services Officer, received an honorable mention award for logging 10.6 miles in 20 minutes! Not only was Town & Country a sponsor of this event, but we also donated backpacks for all participants and raised money in our office coming up with a grand total of $1,010 donated to the Souris Valley United Way.
