Mandan, ND - Railway Credit Union recently teamed up with United Way for their Feeding Our Future Backpack Program. Railway employees helped fill, pack and deliver over 480 bags of food to 25 schools!� These bags went to lower income families to help feed children in need.
For many children, the school lunch program is the only source of regular nutritious meals.� When school is out of session, many of these children lose access to regular, healthy meals.� Feeding Our Future Backpack Program helps provide meals to cover the gaps and prevent hunger.
