Airmen are required to complete the five-week ALS course before attaining the rank of staff sergeant, the first step toward a career as a military supervisor. The ALS at Hanscom Air Force Base is unique because it offers the course to multiple services, with the Air Force joined by the Air National Guard and Coast Guard.
"Were so excited to start off another year of meeting and supporting future military leaders developed right here on base," said Chairman of the Board Paul Marotta. "This group was a great way to start, and we wish them the best in their careers."
