Community Resource Federal Credit Union Raises $2,280 for Capital Roots

DSC_8729[1]Troy, NY - For the eleventh consecutive year, Community Resource Federal Credit Unions employees and their friends and family members bowled in Capital Roots Garden Bowl.� The event was held on Saturday, January 31 at Uncle Sams Lanes in Troy.� Community Resources "Superheroes" team of 12 bowlers raised $2,280 to support Capital Roots (formerly Capital District Community Gardens). Community Resources Director of Marketing won the award for second highest fundraiser with $395. 125 people participated in the 19th Annual Garden Bowl that raised $15,500. "We look forward to the Garden Bowl every year because it gives us a chance to hang out together outside of work, have fun, and help a great cause," said Ryan Yanni, a Community Resource Financial Services Associate and the Superheroes Team Leader.
