Generations FCU Sends Member to Super Bowl

Johnson and GFCU StaffSan Antonio, TX - Retired San Antonio Firefighter Moses Johnson will be attending Super Bowl XLIX courtesy of Generations Federal Credit Unions annual Get Your Game On campaign.� As part of the promotion, Johnson won two tickets to Super Bowl 2015, hotel accommodations and a $500 gift card. The Generations Get Your Game On campaign was open to anyone in Bexar County who funded a qualifying loan through the credit union between September 19, 2014 and December 29, 2014. Johnson, a member of Generations since 1976, has attended Super Bowl XXI so he will be passing his tickets to his two adult children. "When I got the call, I really thought someone was playing a trick on me.� I didnt believe it, so I didnt tell anyone until I was absolutely sure I had won," said Johnson. "I called my boys to tell them theyd be going to the Super Bowl and they were so excited they were practically stuttering." The Get Your Game campaign also included tickets for other winners to the November 2, 2014 Houston Texans vs. Philadelphia Eagles game as well as the December 21, 2014 Dallas Cowboys vs. Indianapolis Colts game. Super Bowl XLIX will be held on Sunday, February 1, 2015 in Glendale, Arizona between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks. "Attending a Super Bowl is something that Ive already been able to scratch off of my personal bucket list. So its just great to me as a dad that I have the opportunity to be able to give that experience to my boys," concluded Johnson.
